Where did you go?
Lynnly is kind and thoughtful in her inquiry and insights - I’ve gained so much listening to her.
Loved the episode Laziness Does Not Exist! This episode was exactly what I needed to give myself rest, grace and compassion!
I love the body positive message from this podcast! The intuitive eating episode is so refreshing and informative!
Learned so much about self-love in both improving it and protecting it in others by being aware of cultural teachings that create harm and make it hard to protect healthy self concepts and practices.
These refreshing takes on fat phobia and the oppression of diet culture are everything. Self-love while steeped in a culture that messages on repeat that fat = failure is just not as simple as some body positive affirmations. Loved the real talk + empowering insights combo.
We are bombarded by images of stick thin and super fit individuals. Messages everywhere that we need to loose weight and diet. This podcast is so needed, I don’t think there is nearly enough awareness to how one’s body can impact their lives.
I so relate to Lynnly's journey and really appreciate her perspective around body and eating issues. I'm all about self-improvement and self-care and she really emphasizes that message which more of us need in our life.
