辣条Iris重回职场已经三个多月啦，这三个月的状态可以说非常不错，并且进入了美妙的正循环，发现没有内耗的人生，原来是如此清爽美丽…
最近的变化大致体现在三个层面：
1.精神内耗极大减少：在正念练习的坚持中，体验到一些内在的质变，让万物穿过自己，神清气爽地去经历和体验每个当下，不裹挟在自己思绪纷飞的困扰中
2.平等心得以构建：对别人 对自己，对好事 对坏事，更加接近不抵抗、放开胸怀的状态
3.身心健康平衡：早睡早起 按时吃饭 周末暴走

想起很久没画画了，在周日温暖的冬阳下，画了一幅《国王排名》里的波吉王子，愿我们都能像波吉一样走在更好的路上，一路阳光一路乐观一路勇敢～
距离辣条Iris裸辞已经过去两个多月，在这段自我关怀的留白时光中，流淌着全然的放松和接纳，还有间歇性的自我审视和人生哲学爆发，感恩这段美丽的gap时光，也庆幸最开始能有裸辞的勇气
