  • Amazing!!!

Review 400! Been waiting a minute to be the 400th. I’ve now listened to all their podcasts, each time I learn something new, they have inspired me to take action on real estate and I also jumped on a deal with one of the hosts, Quinton actually took a 15-30 minute meeting with me I was so appreciative! My only criticism would be that there’s not enough episodes coming out, I could easily listen to one a day.

But also understand that they have busy lives as parents, teachers, entrepreneurs and m... more

  • I really wanted to like it

There aren’t many Canadian based real estate podcasts, so I always get excited when I find one. Unfortunately, the episode I started listening to was a waste of my time. After 25 minutes, they hadn’t even started talking about the actual topic of the podcast.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode #244 - Multifamily Mastery with Paul Hecht
Q: Why did you shift to multifamily, and what was the breakthrough moment?
The breakthrough came when I realized that multifamily financing is asset-based, not income-based on the borrower, which allowed me to scale using investors and focus on the property's value and income rather than personal DCR.
Episode #244 - Multifamily Mastery with Paul Hecht
Q: What first drew you to real estate investing and how did you start?
I started by trying stocks and options, then bought a rental property which turned into a learning disaster due to lack of systems; I quickly moved toward education, investor clubs, and courses to build a repeatable process.
Episode #238: Smart Property Valuations With Greg Hall
Q: How do you plan your investments and what has your experience been with your recent properties?
I utilize planning tools like my Prop Vest and focus on properties that can yield positive cash flow through strategic conversions.
Episode #238: Smart Property Valuations With Greg Hall
Q: Can you share how you got started in real estate all the way back in the early 80s?
I began my journey influenced by a book my brother found. It inspired me to create rental units and to invest in real estate, although I faced significant challenges with market downturns.
Episode #237 - Condo Flips, Deal Analysis, and Scaling Up
Q: What's next for you?
Jordan plans to continue her condo flips and is getting her commercial real estate license, as well as taking a multifamily investing course.
