  • Sibling conversation - ask us anything

As a younger adult sibling to an adult living with PWS, and someone who developed all the coping mechanisms, the conversation of what can happen to us is validating. It’s hard and we can do hard things. I also love hearing the Mom perspective about the stress about the other kids. At the time,I had no idea what my parents were going through. Love that we are talking about all this stuff now. Stress + isolation is deadly!

  • My go to weekly podcast navigating raising a child with a rare disorder.

This podcast is one I look forward to weekly.

Having different perspectives from the three lovely hosts is probably my favorite part.

The guests that they interview are outstanding but I usually get the most out of the “ask us anything” episodes.

I find myself nodding and feeling SO validated when I hear the reactions and solutions from these three brave moms!

  • My Safe Space!

This podcast is such a gift. Even on the days where it feels like nobody and no-one could understand what my caregiving life is like or I feel at my wits end, I know I can put on an episode of Brave Together and immediately feel like it’ll all be alright somehow. I learn, I smile, I cry, I feel seen. Thank you for being my safe space.
