I had a burst of energy today, so while the podcast is still officially Beyond the Borderline I wanted to share something I've learned through DBT therapy that has been a revelation to me: the difference between flopping and resting.

This podcast is very helpful as someone living with BPD. 10/10 recommend. The episodes aren’t too long and the skills she teaches are actually manageable for someone who has BPD.
This podcast will stamp on stigma and help the world of folks with mental illness spectrum disorders.
Beyond the Borderline is an excellent podcast! It’s really helped me to hear the perspective of someone WITH bpd and not just a therapist sharing their experience. What we need is real experience, and this podcast does just that! Thank you!
This is the only podcast I’ve found on BPD that I like (out of a lot). The host takes responsible for her actions and well-being while also being incredibly compassionate. She articulated the experience of bpd in words I’ve never been able to come up with. Thank you!
An empathetic and essential podcast for anyone trying to find out about their mental issues, especially during these hard pandemic times.
I have very recently been diagnosed with BPD. I am 48 and have been misdiagnosed all my life from childhood.
I started listening to your podcast and momentarily thought have I had amnesia and forgot that I wrote this as even though this was your voice and your experiences they mirror mine incredibly.
Im struggling to come to terms with my new diagnosis but also feel finally relieved that the penny has actually dropped.

Having been recently diagnosed I found this very well put together easy to listen too insiteful informative. Cheers from Australia.
I have BPD and I listened to this podcast. Thankyou it was very succinct and gave good examples of how I can deal with this emotion. Especially when I’m not validating my own achievements and constantly jealous of others or what they have.
This podcast explains strong emotions and how to regulate them in a constructive and self accepting way. The show is directed towards people with BPD, but is more than useful for any listener who has emotions. The host explains issues from her own life and give her deep insight: raw and real. I’m forever grateful that I found this podcast in the jungle of self help podcasts out there. It’s a gem!
Very well put together, intelligent and brave. Thank you!
I have discovered your podcasts today and I am so grateful! I was diagnosed with bpd in December and I have already learned a few things about controlling my emotions and using skills instead of harming myself. But by listening to just three of your episodes I have learned so much more. Your podcasts are really well structured and your ability to explain is incredible! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Love, Anna
This lady is incredible at explaining BPD I have BPD and struggle to explain it. I also don’t feel alone or bad for having BPD listening to this lady has really helped me understand me.
Useful, honest and authentic. Thank you !!
Thank you for sharing your experience for us. This podcast opens the door for people suffering BPD and other mental health disorders to hear real experience. It wasn’t until a couple months ago I was diagnosed, I had no idea what BPD was. In this short time listening to this podcast and reading up. I actually understand why I feel like I feel and do what I do. Listening to someone living and actively treating their BPD inspires hope that life can get better.
