Good balance of scientific data and new information presented clearly. Found the overall feel of it to be hopeful and encouraging. Also a year ahead of Huberman warning about the risks of cannabis.

I found this podcast so incredibly helpful and informative. I love to hear all the scientific research and backing behind some of these newer depression treatments. I espoused enjoyed the TMS, psilocybin, and medical marijuana episodes so helpful. It’s exciting to be on the forefront of a new wave of treatment options and it’s exciting to think how different psychiatry could look even in the next decade. Thanks for making this show!!
