What a great podcast. Richard gets some great insights from his guests and all of them have great stories to tell. If you want to know about the secrets these World and Olympic champions have then listening to this podcast is what you need.
Richard has really interesting guests and asks great questions to get at the underlying things that make them the best in the world. I love learning about athletes' mental games and how they prepare for competition, and he does a great job at getting to that nitty gritty info.
