I love this podcast. I want to make a note in Mike’s recent interview. Him speaking about why he did not go for Ivy League baseball. I feel like there was a missing piece in his belief system of his parents. Children can’t not chase their dreams unless it’s an agreement on the parents part as well. When you’re a child you can’t see how your current decisions will affect your future, but the adults in your life can. I just listened to that episode you did with Nir Eyal on belief’s. I just wanted to tell you that I found this to be very true because in the past, I was having some difficulty falling asleep.
I did not want to get into the whole medication thing. So what I did was take a white Tick Tack (knowing that it was placebo, but hoping it would work to give me some shut eye). To my amazement it did. Even though I knew it was a placebo.
