I loved this reflection on Becoming who we are. I was blessed to be one of the 18 women on the Retreat in Xialani, Mexico. I love when Shirlee talked about borrowed bravery. So many of us are on a journey to rediscover the hidden parts of us, or discover new things. Shirlee tells it like it is, with a loving and beautiful demeanor, but makes me think through the hard stuff. Her guest episodes are amazing, but I find the most powerful episodes are when she goes solo and is her vulnerable and strong self. Thank you Shirlee 🩷🩷🩷

In a world that is so happy to tell you what to do I really value how Shirlee approaches her guests and conversations. Each episode has a story, a relatable moment or something that inspires me to find a deeper level of trust, confidence or level within myself. The perfect coffee and connection podcast.
I love Shirlee’s real talk. She’s honest about her own journey and her guests are amazing women walking their own path. The information is totally relevant to this 50 something women looking for more. I don’t miss an episode.
