I’ve been struggling with the “am I crazy?” question since having family around my first child. I felt like I was the only one having issues with a family member pushing for alone time, being insistent with parenting tasks such as diaper changes, bath time, overnights, etc.. This helped me articulate my thoughts and gently set a boundary with family members with things that we aren’t comfortable with. Thank you!! ❤️
I’m a registered social worker and really appreciate the real-world nature of the topics of this podcast; many of which are not discussed elsewhere, but are SO important!!
Love this podcast and highly recommend to new parents!
It’s true what they say- weddings are babies being out all the crazy stuff in families!!!!
Your podcast was exactly what I needed to hear.
This is the first review I’m writing on a podcast but I just feel so seen and validated after listening to Maddie. Thank you for talking about these topics that can seem difficult and taboo. I feel so much less alone in my experiences as a new mom and my struggles with in laws and boundaries!
I’m currently 2-3 months pregnant and will be a First Time Mom, but I’m ALSO a HUUUUUGE people pleaser and have a hard time telling anyone no (long story). This podcast, her TikTok content, etc. is giving me peace of mind and making me feel better about saying no and setting boundaries not just for my sanity, but for the safety of my baby. Looking forward to more episodes!
