The show is great but the intro music is way too loud and you can’t hear what she’s saying.
This podcast helped me through a breakup with an abusive ex. I listened to her every night. She has truly helped me heal.
Thank you for this podcast. Would’ve been super helpful a few years ago but I’m glad I found it now and I’m forwarding it to all my friends who are in a narcissistic relationship. You explain things really well and help me use language that’s useful for my narcissistic sperm donor and his enabling mommy.
Leanne shares a nugget of helpful guidance, but I find that most of her episodes are more like an infomercial for her coaching service. I appreciate that she is an entrepreneur who needs to promote themselves, however, as a listener it sounds like more commercial and less advice.
I’m a long time listener. You are changing my perspective episode by episode. Thank you so much. I don’t think words are enough.

The show centers on empowerment after unhealthy or abusive relationship dynamics, with a strong emphasis on feminine energy, boundaries, self-leadership, and personal transformation. Episodes mix coaching insights, practical frameworks, and personal stories to help listeners reclaim power, move through healing, and design a life aligned with purpose, career growth, and healthier intimate partnerships. A notable pattern is promotional content for coaching programs and inner-circle communities, which likely appeals to women seeking structured guidance and community around relationship clarity and self-actualization.
