Think this podcast may have saved my soul. Thank you so much Britta. To listen to something and feel so seen and feel your shame and embarrassed melt away is transformational.
I love hearing women”s stories. This is a great podcast in many ways but please, podcast hosts of the world, when you have a guest on telling their story, listen to the episode and track how often you are talking compared to the guest. I want to hear their story, not the host”s train of thought on the topic! The guest should be speaking the majority of the time.
I found Britta when I was so low it felt like there was nothing left. Her insights and resources sparked a paradigm shift that changed my life. Thank you, thank you!
