    Having listened to this podcast from the very start, I appreciate the transformation that it has undergone. It is still very entertaining, and I really enjoy the off the cuff comments. But it has a distinctly professional tone to it now, which I applaud. The episodes that feature guests are great, as are the back and forth conversations.
