I like his calming voice, and his “Roman” look. He is very knowledgeable, but he is great at simplifying complex facts.
I find myself listening to this podcast as well as the hosts other offerings on YouTube and social media constantly! The info is spectacular and delivered in such a pleasing way that’s easy on the ears. Neil is a master of his craft. And there are no ads! 🤩
Having listened to this podcast from the very start, I appreciate the transformation that it has undergone. It is still very entertaining, and I really enjoy the off the cuff comments. I’m new to podcasts, being mainly a reader, and I stumbled across the Ancient History Hound on IG and just had to subscribe. I’m really glad I did. The content is wonderful, and the narration is top notch and relaxing. I can’t praise that point highly enough. Nothing worse than an interesting topic stifled by shoddy production or narration. The AHH is top notch in both aspects. I look forward to the completion of the ancient Sicily mini series!
A podcast I always look forward listening too.
