This was a very interesting podcast and opened my eyes to how much work is still going into finding our missing. And how much still needs to go on. I am for equal scrutiny of all administrations and would have liked to hear also how much the Obama and Biden administrations did towards this cause..not only the Nixon used it as propaganda an... more
Why is season two of a story about the Dallas Cowboy’s cheerleaders about a soldier’s body in Vietnam? I’m so confused. I liked the first season but why is the story taking place in Vietnam now? Are they trying to piggyback on the great reviews of the first season by making this season 2 or does this somehow tie in to season 1? I don’t think it does…
As a child of the 70’s with parents and friends’ parents that lived through this unimaginable war, it was great to hear a story in which a two families were finally provided some answers regarding their loved ones. Vietnam has slowly, once again, become the forgotten war. Thank you for bringing these brave men and women back to the forefront of our minds.
Incredible story and equally incredible story telling. Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness you used in telling this American story.
Another very good Texas Monthly podcast. Interesting storyline, well presented by a very good announcer. I waited until Memorial Day to listen to the final episode. That seemed appropriate to me. I am a lucky Vietnam veteran who got to come home. Welcome home Captain Forrester. RIP
