The background music that I noticed during the recent “Voicemail from the Void” (#163) episode was so incredibly distracting that for the first time EVER, I actually had the stop listening to a Reverie True Crime episode without finishing. Why, Paige, why? I couldn't focus on the actual story and narration be a use of the music.
The easy listening saxophone mess in the background is a big NO from me. It's loud ad super weird, especially given the genre and topics of the podcast. It is so bad ... more
