  • One sided

A lot of episodes about the importance of antisemitism which is very crucial and important especially during this time, but after the episode with lizzy Savetsky I’m suddenly very concerned about the lack or episodes about the humanitarian efforts around the genocide in Gaza.

  • Mixed Feelings

I was really looking forward to listening to the perspective of the interviewee on the Doubling Down on Israel episode (Oct 2025).

i'm going to give this podcast another try but I was disturbed at the narrative introduced around 9'00" by the host.

I was very concerned about the moral oversimplification and what sounds like black and white reductiveness... and an othering / erasure of other perspectives:

  • Fraud & Charlatan

This show and host are the definition of performative activism. The causes of environmental harm are primarily: military emissions, industrial/petroleum, extreme capitalism, and aggressive consumerism. Why have a show about Activism if you don’t tackle every single one of those regularly? What a fraud.
