Audio was inconsistent. One speaker was so soft that it made the other’s volume exceptionally loud. Bottom line, good content but the technical issue meant I bagged it half way thru

  • Good content; poor production

The content is as good as you’d expect, but such a large organization can invest in better and more consistent sound quality. Listening, particularly on headphones, can be brutal.

Top Ten 2026: Drug Pricing & Reimbursement—Key Legal Challenges Ahead
Q: What is the impact of the Part D and Part B changes on manufacturers and PBMs, and how might this shape the supply chain in 2026?
Manufacturers face new reimbursement mechanisms and potential refunds if acquisition costs exceed government-set rates, while PBMs may be affected by increased transparency and the shift toward direct-to-consumer and manufacturer-discount programs; governance, pricing negotiations, and rebates will redefine the middle of the drug channel.
Top Ten 2026: Drug Pricing & Reimbursement—Key Legal Challenges Ahead
Q: Can you tell our audience a little bit more about the current state of US drug pricing dynamics and what changes are ahead in 2026?
There are clear through lines: ongoing government scrutiny of drug channel activities, expanded enforcement with False Claims Act cases, and a policy shift toward how drugs are paid for, including the IRA provisions and the new Medicare negotiation framework that will affect both Part D and now Part B.
Top Ten 2026: Health Care Antitrust—Key Takeaways
Q: How should health care leaders evolve their internal compliance culture in light of the DOJ's new whistleblower program?
Leaders should strengthen internal reporting mechanisms, educate employees about what constitutes antitrust risk (like wage-fixing and no-poach agreements), and act quickly on any concerns to prevent escalation and demonstrate commitment to compliance.
Top Ten 2026: Health Care Antitrust—Key Takeaways
Q: With states like California and Oregon implementing new standards, how should companies adjust their merger planning to anticipate both state and federal review?
Companies should build increased regulatory complexities into planning, engage antitrust counsel early, and set realistic timelines that account for state notification requirements and potential remedies, focusing on market definition and the likelihood of settlements.
Artificial Intelligence in Behavioral Health: Latest Trends and Developments
Q: Should ethical obligations be non-negotiable, even in sandboxes like Utah's Learning Lab?
Yes, there should be non-negotiable ethical obligations, including the requirement to disclose AI interactions to patients.
