I’m finding this podcast very helpful. I am in the process of adopting a 7 year old boy. Rich gives an honest account on his journey with little dude. You sound like the best dads. Thank you so much for all the advice you have given to me via Instagram recently. Keep doing what you’re doing. X
dating cousin c, here to get involved in the family
The 10 hour day pod cast was so powerful to listen to. I’ve sent the link to everyone I know going through adoption. We are nearing panel and everything you discuss is so relevant.
Also podcasts with your son on are fab! You clearly have a fantastic connection . Wonderful to hear. Thank you for sharing
Having just started our journey to be adoptive parents I have found this podcast to shed a truly personal perspective on the adoption journey. It can be all too easy to get bogged down in the hardships that there will undoubtedly be so it’s great to hear these positive personal stories.
Fun. Normal. Humor and kindness and reality. These guys aren’t “trying so hard to be perfect” and it’s easy to listen and relax.

Had smiles on my face many times, tears in the corner of my eyes (the water puddle story with nana), laughing out loud. Lots of emotions.
Though every adoption case is different I like the idea that this adoption story takes the angle of “we are a family” with adoption being a... more
