I absolutely loved this podcast! It’s so so informative! I was so prepared for my birth and postpartum. Especially, I have never heard of a doula, so after hearing about this, I’ve got one for my birth. It was the best advise ever and I can’t believe how much smoother my birth went just because we had a doula with us.same goes to baby osteopath! If I ever have a second baby I will definitely be listening to this podcast again ❤️
