Disappointed to see the glucose goddess being given a platform - she has been disproven countless times by medical professionals and continues to spread misinformation with no clinical evidence. The podcast on the whole also relies too heavily on holistic approaches and shuns medical advice. Too biased for me.
When I found out I was pregnant I was hearing so much negativity around pregnancy and birth I literally typed “positive pregnancy podcast” into the search bar for podcasts and Pop That Mumma popped up! I couldn’t be happier to have found Poppy. I feel like she is a best friend after listening to her podcast. She is so real, raw, relatable, knowledgeable and hilarious. I feel so much more at ease about pregnancy birth and motherhood after listening to all of her podcasts. I listened to every epi... more
Like a breath of fresh air - which is really nice after digging through shows that are either doom and gloom, or just fake it until you make it. I feel like Poppy is super helpful but also relatable in a way that’s inspiring for us moms that we can do it too.
I love this podcast, I started to listen it more than 1 year ago when I was pregnant in 2023 and still listening to Poppy as she is so passionate, authentic and honest about birth and motherhood. Thanks to her podcast and her hypnobirthing course I had my natural homebirth, no tearing and unmedicated.
For me Poppy is a friend that motivate me and reassure me.
Thank you Poppy, you are inspiring!
Such a great podcast! It has been a resource and joy as I prepare for my first birth.
