This is my favorite podcast! I’m a mom, therapist, and share very different religious beliefs than Monica but I absolutely love the way she talks about issues, shares her thoughts, and is so humble and transparent. I share her concept of the do something list with clients all the time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a balanced and realistic view of self improvement.
Friendly host who welcomes topics that are timely for the modern woman. She’s easy to listen to, and subjects like decluttering and planning a day or an event are super helpful.
