This podcast is genuinely refreshing and stimulating. We live in a time when the right wants to impose simplistic historical narratives on us. Anyone who refuses to celebrate one-dimensional nationalist myths, or who tries to offer a critical (let alone radical) alternative account of the past is denounced and mocked by the establishment’s ideological gatekeepers. So many people have been saying we need a left wing narrative, we need to discuss our traditions etc. Well this is a great step towards those things. It was well presented and really interesting.
