Doable chaos and managing expectations are both themes for many of the clients I get to see in my practice. As a clinical social worker in private practice I often get to talk to folks about what serves us versus what doesn’t, in a particular season or crossroads in life. Lauren’s realness and vulnerability shines through in this podcast, and I can imagine I will be referring many clients to A Novel Life podcast- what a treasure!
