These skills are game-changers for shifting our inner perfectionistic critics and helping us connect more with those we love. Thank you for sharing your insights and knowledge Lauren!
Doable chaos and managing expectations are both themes for many of the clients I get to see in my practice. As a clinical social worker in private practice I often get to talk to folks about what serves us versus what doesn’t, in a particular season or crossroads in life. Lauren’s realness and vulnerability shines through in this podcast, and I can imagine I will be referring many clients to A Novel Life podcast- what a treasure!
