  • Toxic positivity

If you’re profiting off of toxic positivity and ignoring the struggles of BIPOC folks who LIVE the “negative things” every day because it’s “uncomfy” or “bad vibes”, you need a new job. This is nothing more than slapping a “woke” label on white gaslighting. Please take several seats and let BIPOC and real allies do the educating, because educating MEANS actively focusing & working on the negative things while you celebrate the positive things.
