If you’re profiting off of toxic positivity and ignoring the struggles of BIPOC folks who LIVE the “negative things” every day because it’s “uncomfy” or “bad vibes”, you need a new job. This is nothing more than slapping a “woke” label on white gaslighting. Please take several seats and let BIPOC and real allies do the educating, because educating MEANS actively focusing & working on the negative things while you celebrate the positive things.
This podcast brings the positive energy and optimism to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I love the upbeat tone and vibe between the guests and Bernadette. It’s a great way to keep me going during the work week.
