首次NDBI游戏督导培训项目历时两个半月，在昨天宣告结束啦。在第一期项目中，招募的9名老师都是深度参与了学习和实操，历经评估，制定游戏干预目标，撰写游戏干预计划，分享游戏干预视频和讨论，最后提交反思报告。任何一个学习项目，想要收获最大化，必须是自己花费时间和精力去实操反思，而不仅是指望从培训者那里收获只言片语。
