I personally own rentals. Professionally I am a Broker/Property Manager. I have just found this podcast and have been binging.
The landlord perspective in the podcast surprised me. The financial strain they experience from evictions, including legal fees, lost rent, and stress, was eye-opening. Tenant buyouts, as a win-win alternative, seem far more humane.
I own three rental properties and have listen to tons of other podcast on real estate investing. This is by far the most personable and realist podcast out there about the ins and outs of the business. I’m so glad I found this podcast and can’t wait for new episodes every week!
