I absolutely love this podcast. I reached out to Mr sidoni for advice and help. He linked us up with a unicorn agent that helped us get into our first home! I feel truly blessed to have found this pod cast. I’ve been a listener for over 4 years now and feel like this podcast has definitely prepared me for this moment. Thank you again so much! You guys are incredible!!!
I’m sure David (host) is a nice guy. He claims his life is ruined because he had a chance to buy a home at age 21 and didn’t, so he had to start over at age 30. I greatly respect that he faced adversity and was able to successfully “start over.”
That said, his advice on this show over the years - I started listening before I bought my first home in 2021 - hasn’t always been good. He was one of the “marry the home, date the rate” evangelists. This aphorism was parroted by realtors to sell homes... more
Finding David’s podcast was the absolute best way to begin our home buying journey. David turned out to be one of those “too good to be true, but holy cow it’s true!” resources. With just one email he hooked us up with our wonderful realtor Kenny (and our amazing mortgage team)! Continuing to listen to the podcast during our almost year long search kept me motivated (and sane!) during the tough times when I contemplated living life as a renter forever. Thank you David!
David helped link us up with a rock star highly rated realtor in a high cost of living area who worked with us. We were able to buy a home we love in a few months! It was great to be connected to a network of professionals.
I feel like I am sitting in a master class with this podcast! Thanks for the info!
