I laughed, I cried, and I learned. Hearing the stories of how other people survived and continue to move forward from trauma is such a teaching tool for myself as to not only how to manage my own struggles, but how to better support others. Love the podcast. Elin’s episode is my favorite so far. And yes, I did cry in a library while listening. Amazing stories told by amazing people.

Authentic people with authentic and raw experiences. Grateful for these perspectives and these stories. Can’t wait for more.
