  • Host talks too much

Great content but JJ is always cutting off the guests to prove what she knows like it’s a contest! I find this annoying that she is always over exerting her expertise even when the connections are a stretch. It’s unfortunate that her need to brag takes up so much air that the guests aren’t able to shine and fully share the content they are intended to!

Ep. 504: The Real Reason You Can't Change Your Behavior
Q: JJ, welcome to the show. Can you explain what a core wound is and how it drives our behavior?
A core wound is a belief formed in early childhood that the brain creates to stay safe and loved before you have conscious thought; it governs our patterns long after and is the root reason behind why we repeat certain habits, especially around food, exercise, and relationships.
