Never not taking notes, it been lovely to listen to this podcast when in need for inspiration and practical tips
Love these podcasts - they have encouraged, inspired and motivated! I particularly enjoyed the Stories of Serendipity episode. I work in the construction industry so could relate to a lot of Shonagh's experiences. It was interesting to hear her take on how she overcame stereotyping and how she used that as a driver to get to where she is today.

Proper dose of girl power, thanks to this inspirational talk from a Woman, who can understand your work experience, leading you through the work strategy with a nice veil of humour.
It was great to hear how other women have had similar careers paths to mine. For years I thought that I had wasted my time working in bars and restaurants but listening to this has made me realise that every single job I have ever done has been training in some way for what Iām doing now - starting up my own business. Listening to this has made me feel proud of my career path and what I have come to achieve so far!
