I've followed a few "cartoon review" podcasts that usually talk about cartoons and review the show. This podcast is totally different but still gives me the nostalgia. I've listened to a couple of episodes with the most recent being the Robot Jones episode. Now I wanna go look the show up on YT. Perhaps an unconventional review, but thank you so much for doing this podcast. I listened to your episode with one of the storyboard artists of Samurai Jack, and it got me to go back and rewatch the whole thing, including the newest season which I hadn’t gotten around to yet. For potential listener’s, I really recommend this show. I’ve stumbled onto Julian’s podcast after finding out he was friends with another podcaster who had us on the episode after his on their show. After picking a few episodes to listen to (i.e. Craig Bartlet, Gregg Berger, Toby Jones, and Jody Gray) I get a strong sense he’a a podcaster who’s weathered a storm most have not endured so his podcast can exist today.
