I was excited to listen to the podcast after meeting Elizabeth, her desire to break free from the diet culture narrative spoke to me as a personal trainer. I was impressed with the content and the banter with the other hosts, like having coffee with friends.
I love the dynamic among the hosts! Great podcast, I never miss a week!
This podcast is so needed in the wellness industry! It's easy to listen to, informative, inspiring, and the kind of positive perspective that can actually help people get physically and mentally healthier. Highly recommended!

I just listened to the episode on menopause and perimenopause and absolutely loved it! I had to write down many of the one liners because they were so good. My favorite one was “if you spend too much time mourning the previous version of yourself. Keep up the good work!
