  • Easy listening with a lot of useful information and fun!

These ladies made me laugh, cry and truly dig into my why’s. A friend told me to check the podcast out, but I was skeptical. I’ve never listened to podcasts other then when my husband has them on. So when i decided to listen to this one, I started at the beginning. Wow, what a great wealth of information, amazing guests speakers, fun and positivity. I think I started listening because of the nutrition aspect aka intuitive eating, but found myself learning other things, like starting with 1 or... more

  • Powerful

I just listened to the episode on menopause and perimenopause and absolutely loved it! I had to write down many of the one liners because they were so good. My favorite one was “if you spend too much time mourning the previous version of yourself. Your current self will die of neglect” that is powerful, and I loved hearing the perspectives of the three female hosts on this show. They are smart, funny, real, and relatable. Keep up the good work!
