As a dietitian, I love the multidisciplinary approach this podcast brings to the wellness space. Rather than focusing on weight, this podcast pushes back against diet culture and gives practical tips to take care of yourself in multiple ways.
I was excited to listen to the podcast after meeting Elizabeth, her desire to break free from the diet culture narrative spoke to me as a personal trainer. I was impressed with the content and the banter with the other hosts, like having coffee with friends.
