塾生からの相談：未来の住職塾では、「これからお寺をどうしていくか？」という、お寺のビジョンを描きますが、自坊が何を目指せばいいのか俄にはわかりません。「こんなお寺になればいいよね？」という安直な思いつきから書き始めてしまうと、必然性が感じられなかったり、薄っぺらいものになってしまいます。お寺のビジョンはどのように考えればよいでしょうか？
