Great podcast! Unique subject matter and nice counter point to the seemingly endless supply of straight male “bro’s talking” podcasts out there.
Love this pod!! Powered through all the episodes on a road trip- great interview style and got me thinking about myself and how I relate to the world I live in- excellent!
This podcast is so special. I’ve never recommended a podcast as much as this. To hear two men talk (and listen!) so openly and vulnerably about masculinity in an age where redefining and understanding masculinity is so critical to our everyday lives, is so refreshing. It feels well overdue. As a man, this podcast has literally changed not only my life, but my behaviour day to day. It’s improved my relationship with my partner and strengthened bonds with the men close to me in my life. Keep it up... more
Super interesting and looking forward to where you guys take this. So happy to be hearing it from the male perspective and with the added element of race. Would love to hear some conversations/interviews around this with men in positions of power.
Just so you know, the sound is super quiet. I have to turn my phone all the way and it’s still too quiet to hear on the train. If you could improve that...
Talking about masculinity is no easy feat and this podcast tackles it head on. Highly recommended!!
I know Mike personally. BMR (Big Mike Rodgers) is the kindest, most caring and loving human being we know. It’s so great to hear him and Walker discuss topics in an enlightening, entertaining, relatable and informative way. I recommend it highly!!
From Compton to uptown, lifestyle, culture, and ego. Relating is growth! Gentleman thank you for taking the time to help me grow.
It’s amazing to hear men address this stuff. I can’t wait to hear the perspectives of all the people they interview. I’m hooked. Keeping making it.
Interesting and enlightening perspective on what it means to be a good and decent man in the modern world, in addition to some bonus ASMR-quality audio and speech patterns. Highly recommend!
Very insightful and unique podcast that shows the human experience from an interesting perspective. Found the vulnerability refreshing and extremely relatable.
Great listen for anyone trying to wade through the waters of modern masculinity and the inherent complexity that concept takes on in today’s world.
Or, anyone just looking for an enjoyable way to encounter the perspectives of others.
