  • Easy to listen to

Starting at the beginning and enjoying the first 2 episodes of season 1. I find this podcast useful for life’s stressors, and understand more than I did before about policeman stress. I like this podcast very much. I expect to be educated immensely through the seasons.

  • Fiona Meechan: Compassion at work

This is SUCH an interesting podcast about compassion - the importance of bringing your authentic self to work, the 3 parts of self-compassion & how not only do the receivers & givers of compassion feel better, but so do the people who witness it.

    Very well worth a listen!
