This was some cool audio that related but didn’t quite fit in our main episode. But it made us realize we definitely need to do an episode about sequels and it was too good not to share with you guys.
I guess this also counts as preview on our episo... more

Hey grant, u taught me at mshs last year
A lot of game shows, just parrot what they hear on other game shows NOT THIS ONE! super analytical- great!
Videogames have a rich history, not just whatever game is in the popular spotlight in any given moment. Thses folks focus on various topics that have been a part of gaming culture since the begining, but maybe don't get talked about when we focus on the newest and greatest thing. The audio quality could be a little better, but thos show is still very listenable.
The panel format of this show helps differeniate it from other game podcasts. Real discussions between real people about video games that reaches beyond the typical reviews and rants. Great show!
Maintained focus on some heady themes. Five people is a lot but the group handled it well.
Guy gamers and girl gamers come together to talk about ... pretty much everything that video games are or have been. I really don't understand how these people have the time to play as many games as they seem to have played when I can't turn my attention away from a game like Fallout 4 to notice anything else hitting the market over a HUGE span of time. Their knowledge is most impressive!
If I had a gripe, it would be that people sometimes sound distant from the mic, but it's not a big enough... more
Great content and well put together
What the title says. Not dumb people.
These hosts have great chemistry, and it's nice to have found a video game podcast that has great potential
I get turned off by audio quality so I recommend an upgrade there, but that being said I'm glad I pushed through cuz these folks love each other and that's fun to listen to.
There are thousands of gaming podcasts out there, but few are actually focused and can offer something more than a recap of the latest gaming news. Volcano Bakemeat is willing to focus on specifics that cause this show to be far more interesting than all the "group of people get together to talk about how much overwatch they are playing" type shows.
It's rare to find a gaming podcast that's not a group of screaming, raving fanfolk. I feel like I could be friends with these people, and just hearing them talk about, say, female protagonists in video games means I'm gonna be sticking around.
Great chemistry between hosts and funny, engaging content. ........Waiting patiently for my power-washing VR game..................
These hosts seem to enjoy looking back on gaming with a rather thoughtful gaze. Thanks for giving me a great show to listen to!
The cast has a blast and their friendship really shines through. Their game commentary is good, though their audio quality could use a level up.
