  • Vbac Awareness

Absolutely love how this account/podcast is bringing awareness to Vbacs. This is very much needed where Vbacs are frowned upon or looked over because of lack of knowledge. Thankful for podcasts like this.

  • Positivity and Encouragement

The stories that are shared on this podcast are very empowering and informative. The language that Bethany uses is also incredibly powerful, she steers away from TOLAC and other terms that set the mindset of potential failure and instead assumes women will successfully VBAC, just like the assumption that first time moms get. She really helps foster a positive mindset for a topic that is generally surrounded with a lot of negativity and skepticism.

  • A great VBAC resource

Even though I already had my VBAC (and most likely won’t be having any more children) I love listening to Bethany’s podcast! It makes me so happy hearing stories of women getting their VBAC and the journey to get there.
