  • Great podcast by one of the sharpest teams in church leadership!

I've followed Vanderbloemen as a person and company for a few years now since hearing William on another podcast years back. Organizationally, I'm always blown away by their consistent quality, their incredible staff culture, and the incredible content they produce.

This is one of my favorite podcasts for church leaders. The format is convenient, the interviews are very well done, and the guests are always insightful.

Q: What jobs or roles are likely to disappear due to AI?
There will be many roles automated or significantly transformed, but the key is to focus on what work is truly human—relationship-building, interpretation, and strategic thinking that leverages AI rather than being replaced by it. Leaders should reframe job descriptions toward creating new things and fixing broken things, and invest in people who can relate to others and adapt.
