Not to sound too negative but these authors are doing a really bad job at describing basic things like the passage of time and what things are. Also, we confuse two characters for weeks and we eventually figure it out but it is not this episode.

I like listening to Jennifer and Tim! I came here from their other podcasts. They’re funny and seem like nice people. I have never read these books and was not raised Christian, so it’s all new to me, but I still like to listen as background noise while I travel or work. And I appreciate when Jennifer pulls in some random facts/research to complement the books summaries, or when they talk about their own backgrounds and how they relate to the books.
Tim and Jennifer are fantastic. They’re genuine intelligent and funny in a shifting landscape of mirages, confirmation bias and propaganda. It’s the type of quality that attracted me to podcasts years ago.
A podcast I never knew I needed.
Because some of us just can’t live without them! Seriously, probably my favorite podcast currently. I start to get the shakes when it’s been more than two weeks between episodes. I swear I’m not trying to look a gift-apocalypse in the mouth but I will continue to pray for biweekly releases!
Your podcast came up during an episode of Knowledge Fight. I decided to try it out, and I’m hooked.
Your chemistry with each other is great. I love the insight you both bring from your backgrounds on dissecting these books. I remember seeing them on sale and being intrigued by the front cover, but as soon as I looked at the back cover I knew it wasn’t for me.
You guys should do this with more right wing written nonsense.
