    Whether you call it Mental Toughness, Emotional Mastery, Grit, Resilience or whatever - Chris and his guests are sharing it and bringing it in each episode. It's clear that Chris puts a lot of love, attention and service into each episode - it's obvious that he thoroughly studies each guest to find the practical nuggets that will help us all use our minds better. Just imagine if the whole world was taught from an early age how to use and control their minds... Never too late to start :-)
