This episode was such a great resource. We are leaders! Learning and remembering leadership principals are so key to making our job easier/simpler. I felt really “seen” with this episode too—like getting the award for hardest working school psych! Hah! I felt that one. And finally, the idea that being a school psych is lifelong learning. We never stop growing!
I loved this- already thinking of my own ‘what if’s’!!
You named something I do all the time—imagine all the things I could do wrong in a stressful situation. And then immediately reframed it. Oh my gosh, such a great tool to change what I’m what if-ing! It’s 20 minutes of advice in a 5 minute bag!
What I appreciated about this podcast is Jenny’s unique perspective on considering both what happens if things go right and if they don’t go as planned. Her approach offers a refreshing twist that can inspire people to pursue their own goals while also supporting those they aim to help.
Jenny is a fantastic resource for the school psychologist community. Thank you for the amazing podcast, Jenny!
