Knox leaves O'Brien to wrap up his paperwork on the Johnny Greene murder. On his way home he stops for a chat with James Cooper, dad to dad.
Knox keeps Stacey distracted while Shelley looks for his chance to break up the standoff in the Cooper living room.
Shelley tries to sneak up behind Stacey Womack while Knox tries to keep her talking.
Knox and O'Brien think they've arrested the wrong Cooper. They head back to arrest Lizzy, but someone is already there and has plans of her own for Lizzy.
Shelley ditches the interrogation to check out the pawn shop, where the owner confirms that James Cooper was there but bought a necklace, not a gun. In his receipt book he sees someone else was there that morning, someone that did buy a gun.
Knox and O'Brien bring in Cooper for questioning. O'Brien is disappointed that he won't get his quick confession.
John Greene is left alone with his son on the coroner's exam table and has one last chance to tell him what he never could tell him before.
Knox and O'Brien head over to Shelley's apartment to see if he can shed any light on James Cooper's involvement in Johnny Greene's murder.
I have listened to both seasons, and I’ve enjoyed each one. I enjoy reading the books then getting to hear them! I’m looking forward to season three!
Great podcast, I would recommend it to anyone looking for work that supports local authors that are sharing their works. Hoping to see more episodes of Mr. Hale’s other works. Thanks for sharing with us!
