This is an exceptionally good book podcast. Dua is so obviously passionate about literature and reading, and smart and thoughtful with her conversations with really prominent and interesting authors. I always look forward to new episodes and think about picking up books that I wouldn’t normally come across or consider.
Dua Lipa gets to the heart of each literary text and asks questions that avid readers wish they could ask their favourite author about their work!
I love this podcast so much. Buying every book and checking out every author. Dua is a perfect host, intelligent, articulated, warm, just awesome.
Also, it sounds like Dua says "pour a glass, grab your BUTT and let’s get into it".
So everytime the intro starts, I get ready to grab my butt.
Just listened to interview with Helen Garner. Insightful & smart. Can’t wait to listen to earlier eps.
I love Dua’s reading taste, especially for the diversity and representation in the books she picks! She’s really interesting to listen to on podcasts and easy to understand, even as a French speaker. Can’t wait for more !
