Q: Was this one incident, and I say one incident, I know it went on throughout the weekend, 25th through 27th, 16 juveniles, were they all linked together and working together to commit these crimes, or were they separate juveniles?
It was kind of both. There is a core group of juveniles causing the violence, and they often commit crimes together. However, multiple incidents occurred throughout the weekend.
