As a therapist I go to this podcast when I need inspiration on those flat practice days, it reminds me of the wonders of therapy! Love Gil, Andy and Rachael!
Wow. This is an amazing learning experience. Gill is a literal genius sharing her wisdom so generously. Andy and Rachel are so authentic and vulnerable in their sharing and learning.
It’s so informative to hear the real life application of psychoanalysis and these 3 are entertaining.
One thing that would be incredible to hear is a follow up on the cases that are discussed and how the conversations went after the fact.
As a 2nd year student in integrative psychotherapy this gives me a really helpful perspective both on supervision and also the nature of relational psychoanalysis. I find the interactions insightful, helpful and endlessly interesting.
Love this podcast, started listening from episode 1 and find myself learning so much about all the layers which are present behind the scenes of client sessions and how perceptions can change instantly through the supervision sessions. A lot of what is being discussed can be applied to our own lives and inner thoughts. Also, could be completely wrong here but I don’t know why I keep wondering if Rachael and Andrew sing the theme song?
