I have listened to quite a few episodes and I there is some pretty good info and topics, but one thing that is starting to really bother me is how much the host talks about herself and basically how she is already doing all the stuff that the guest is there to talk about. She has to respond to every single comment about how she is basically already doing what they are saying and interrupts SO MUCH. I think asking them more questions would be so much better.
