  • Are Diversity requirements necessary

    Thanks for attempting to address the diversity “requirements” issue. The panel did a fine job of addressing diversity as it pertains to women but didn’t spend enough time discussing race/cultural diversity. I would have liked to hear more about the true reason why diversity is important and why so many leaders fail to diversify their employees and boards - an unwillingness to change.
