This is my favorite podcast! I always look forward to Thursdays. Claire and Joy are amazing and always have such great conversations!

I love when Thursday rolls around and I get to listen to a new podcast. I’ve been listening since the Girls Gone Wod days and just love how easy-going this podcast is. Love the topics and just the way you two connect on air!!! Thanks for keeping this going so long ladies!

Also always good for a solid laugh that feels like an inside joke between you and your bestie! Cheers to more meaningful conversation, resisting cultural “norms”, and a... more
