I love this Podcast. It’s apart of my weekly schedule. Camille is transparent and down to earth. She share practical tips on how to use the tools from the Bible as a manual. She breakdown terms used by therapist and she shares how to incorporate them as a Bible based believer. She heavily relies on the Holy Spirit. “Come on Holy Spirit” is a common phrases used. 🥰I love that the lord is using her in this way. I find myself talking back to the podcast from time to time. I was super excited to find a podcast episode about maladaptive daydreams and found a full discussion that was generally positive, but also generally unhelpful to someone struggling with daydreaming maladaptively because most of the information provided weren't particularly informed about the current research or community surrounding the phenomena. I’ve really enjoyed all of the podcast. There is a clear message. I relate to a lot of these
I love this podcast and I don’t really listen to many others. I’m always looking forward to a new episode. As someone who is working on strengthening my relationship with God, this is a great resource. It truly feels like a comforting conversation. Thank you Camille!!
As someone who doesn’t feel surrounded by wise counsel, it’s really a privilege to hear stuff like this. Episodes single handedly changed my viewpoints on many things in my life, and seeing these thoughts be backed up with scripture and understanding really drive the messages home for me.

A faith-forward show that blends psychology, spirituality, and practical self-care. Across episodes, it often centers on burnout, self-sabotage, pacing, and trusting in God while navigating mental health challenges. A recurring strength is weaving scripture with therapeutic concepts, offering actionable steps and mindful reflections for listeners seeking faith-aligned approaches to well-being. Notable is the clear emphasis on compassionate, vulnerable conversations led by a single host who openly shares personal experiences and invites listeners to engage with spiritual disciplines and professional support as needed.
