Here, in the darkest, dourest, deadliest, bleakest doldrums of Winter 2020, I don't feel like making any more podcasts, because what's the point, but I thought I'd slip last year's holiday extravaganza episode back into your feeds, in which we explod... more
Walking on the beach, in a contemplative mood, I gaze out on what used to be an undersea minefield and discover an atrocious-looking jelly fish, oozed haphazardly over the rocks at my feet.

Very good but I just wish he walked slower sometimes...
A simple idea, wonderfully executed - I love listening to this and it always puts my mind in a better place. Sometimes I even listen to it whilst I’m walking...but is that a bit weird?! ;-)
What the hell am I listening to this podcast for? Can’t I be mindful everyday, everywhere I go?
Well, I can’t just go hike every time I get the urge, so listening to this helps me set aside a time later. Peaceful and avant-garde approach to podcasting on beautiful Bainbridge Island.
I was recommended this podcast by a top 10 new podcasts article at the end of 2019 (in The Cut? New York Magazine) and I have to say I’m hooked. I live in London’s east end in one of UK’s most densely populated areas and turn the ambient, zen like sounds of walking when I can’t drown out the city’s nearby noises. It brings me right back to a hiking trail in Pacific Northwest near where my family lives on Vancouver Island. Weird, unique, but strangely great!
Riveting. Sensual. Nostalgic. Peaceful.
